Oasis Event Door were very pleased to assist OUR BELGIUM AGENTS, ALL EVENTS BVBA on a very interesting Bi Fold window contract in the heart of Belgium at a Café and cycle museum.

The installation required even panel 5m Bi Folding windows and doors to be fitted into one of all Events Temporary chalet structures. We are hoping this is the first of many we will be helping with.

Oasis Event Door working with Ulster PVC, Lisburn, Northern Ireland supplied Window panels and Doors for the Citroen World rally teams Pit and Hospitality Structure!

Opening windows and light weight units were specified! So, units were fitted with 5mm clear Perspex fitted within our current opening window profiles.

Oasis Event Door were very pleased to assist GL Events of Castle Donnington for the 2014 Ryder Cup at Gleneagles, this quite a large installation of glass in a structure that it basically didn’t fit into.

Once again starting off with a sketch book and pencil, then progressing to bending metal, a clamping system was invented to fit panels and doors into structure! It must be said GL did a brilliant job of filling some quite large gaps! But again, the end product was a success.

Oasis Event Door were very pleased to assist JJ Carter of Basingstoke with a project for Siemens new underground tube train exhibit in Docklands, London. The structure required 4m leg height windows and two Bi Parting Electric Doors.

The initial quote to Siemens involved windows fitted at 60-degree internal slope! Budget however insured this didn’t happen! We still would quite like the challenge however! So, anyone with a slightly larger budget than Siemens please feel free to give us a call and we can dig out the old drawings.

Another opportunity to work and design equipment from scratch to upgrade a customer’s own structure from soft sides to hard, again using a curtain wall method for clean uninterrupted lines!

Primrose Hill Farm! An interesting job, that was slightly unusual for us as the structure didn’t move in the wind! At this point I could say that as a more constructed and permanent building all the bays were Square, straight, level and correct!

As I’m sure John Jeffery’s owner and client won’t mind me saying this wasn’t the case, being a quite old steel frame barn, everything was very very wonky! A decision was made quite early on to fit the glass and Doors as a curtain wall system! Outside of the leg.

Luckily within our Bespoke Aluminium Window Profile Range we had a perfect Aluminium joining profile to join the panels, and again a sketch book and pencil for design of the brackets for fitting to structure.

As the installation was of a permanent nature and as Johns budget would just about allow, it was decided the panels should be as large as possible for an uninterrupted view out on to the amazing Oxfordshire countryside, and units would be glazed with 6mm/12mm/6mm Argon filled Double glazed sealed units! At this point my back starts to ACHE! or it would have if I had actually been silly enough to try and lift any! our installation crew however did report back, they were not amused.

The installation when finished looked Fabulous!

OASIS EVENT DOOR have always fancied a little frolicking in the sun, so jumped at the chance of working with Halo Events Group of London to install bespoke Windows / Doors and Bi Folding windows at St Tropez Polo Club. It was decided that senior management staff would need to go and check the quality of the build after our installation crew had been out and completed all of the hard work! Unfortunately, as the installation date loomed closer it became apparent our regular installation teams were very busy elsewhere!

So unfortunately our Production Manager had to endure the heat and long hours to install and complete this one on his own. All other senior Management staff had to stay at home and manage silly summer workloads! And still haven’t seen St Tropez!

Oasis Event Door rental were very pleased to assist THE STRUCTURE GROUP with a project for the RYDER CUP GLENEAGLES! Double decked wrapped structure for Johnnie Walker Whisky’s! The structure was very cleverly raised and built over the top of a listed and protected Farm House ruin!

Well done TSG, keeping Scotland’s heritage safe and the Whisky flowing!
